Welcome to a hybrid presentation about NORA.

NORA (Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium) is a collaboration between eight Norwegian universities (NMBU, OsloMet, UiA, UiB, UiO, UiS, UiT and USN), three colleges (BI, HiO and HK) and four research institutions (NORCE, Simula, SINTEF and WNRI).

NORA aims to strengthen Norwegian research, education and innovation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics, as well as other relevant research that supports the development of artificial intelligence applications. NORA contributes in developing joint research projects between partners, NORA takes an active part in establishing start-up companies in the artificial intelligence fields, as well as strengthening the collaboration between the consortium partners` research communities and the business community

Birte Hansen, Ph.D, will have a presentation about the Norwegian Artificial Intelligence Research Consortium (NORA). The talk will focus on the consortium as a whole and delve into projects and initiatives such as the NORA Research School on AI, NEMONOOR, NORA.startup and the NORA industry network, and other activities.

The event is free and open for all employees in the member organizations of NCE Heidner Biocluster.
